1. Service Description

1.1 What We Provide

ReviewResponseAI is a SaaS platform that helps you manage and respond to Google Reviews using AI-generated response suggestions, including notifications, sentiment analysis, and location insights.

1.2 Google API Compliance

ReviewResponseAI’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access your Google Review data to provide our service and do not use it for advertising or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to operate the service.

1.3 AI-Generated Responses

The AI generates draft responses based on review content. You are fully responsible for reviewing and publishing all responses. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated responses.

1.4 Data Ownership and Use

You own all data you enter. You grant us permission to use anonymized data to improve our AI models and service. Upon cancellation, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

2. Your Obligations

You must:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Have authority to access the Google Business Profile you connect
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Comply with Google’s policies and applicable laws
  • Not use the service for unlawful purposes or to generate misleading content

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Pricing and Billing

  • One subscription package available in monthly or yearly billing cycles
  • All subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Prices exclude VAT where applicable
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

3.2 No Refunds

No refunds are provided for any reason. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, your access may be suspended. Continued non-payment may result in account termination.

4. Cancellation and Termination

4.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your service remains active until the end of your current paid period. No refunds will be issued.

4.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, violate Google’s policies, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4.3 Data Deletion

After cancellation or termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or reputational damage
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or issues with third-party services (Google APIs, Stripe)

This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited under UK law.

5.2 No Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5.3 Your Responsibility

You indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the service or content you publish using our AI responses.

6. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms with 14 days’ notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy in compliance with UK GDPR. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide our service.

8. General

8.1 Transfer

We may transfer this agreement to another party (e.g., if the business is sold). You may not transfer your account without our consent.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
